Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
5. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Travel Smart is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
7. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
